To cancel a hosting service:
- Log into your Client Area.
- Select My Services from the menu (near your name).
- Find the service you wish to cancel and click the small details button on the right side of the listing
- Click the Request Cancellation button in the bottom-right section of the page.
- Your service will be cancelled within 72 hours and you will no longer be billed.
To close your Easiest Web Hosting Account (after which you will be unable to access the client area or purchase new hosting services without creating a new account), please contact our billing department providing (a) your primary email address (b) your domain name(s), (c) your cPanel username, and (d) your cPanel password. Additional information may be requested. Cancellation will be effective by the end of the month during which your cancellation request is received by Easiest Web Hosting.
